By listening carefully, asking the right questions, and giving you tailored coaching exercises, I help you become more self-aware and see yourself clearly, so you can process your emotions more effectively and find the answers to the issues you face. I help you reframe your story and align your current direction towards your inner purpose.
For the last 15 years, I have held multiple positions at the intersection of business, people and change (headhunter, change management and HR leadership), which have placed me close to many leadership transitions. I have coached countless professionals through career transitions, professional hurdles, energy / stress management and realigning their work situations.
My intention is to help you regain a sense of balance and agency over your life through gratefulness, reflection, and connection, so that you can overcome your challenges, learn from them, and emerge stronger.

Building high-performance teams is an adaptive challenge that requires a keen observation of each others’ strengths, an inclusive appreciation of each others’ differences, and an empathic enforcement of vision & business direction.
During my years in change management and HR leadership, I have been part of and have fostered great teams. Through targeted interventions, interactive dynamics, dialogue and feedback, and fun exercises, I have empowered teams to continuously improve and become better versions of themselves.
My focus is in trust-building, team culture, goal alignment, organisational design, and team effectiveness. My intention is to shift mindsets and perspectives so that the team reaches high performance, while remaining healthy & inclusive.
